Understanding Baler Types
Choosing the right baler type affects which wire you need, how you manage your recycling, and what Bandit can do for you.
Vertical Baler
Material is loaded from the top or front and compressed downward. Bales are tied manually with single or double loop wire. Best for low-to-medium volume operations.

Horizontal Baler
Material is fed continuously into a horizontal chamber and compressed sideways. Auto-tie systems wrap bales in box wire automatically. Best for high-volume operations.

Two-Ram Baler
Dual-ram design allows variable bale lengths and handles hard-to-bale materials like metals and dense scrap. Highest throughput and bale density.
